Arch Dent Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team.

We are looking for a well-rounded professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on dental laboratory experience who can perform a variety of laboratory procedures using both traditional techniques and modern digital technology.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, maintaining high-quality standards, managing laboratory cases, and producing accurate, functional, and esthetically pleasing dental restorations and appliances.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional dental laboratory experience.

• Strong knowledge of traditional dental laboratory techniques.

• Experience with Exocad digital design software.

• Milling Machine

• Experience operating and working with Zubler laboratory equipment.

• Ability to work with both physical impressions and digital scans.

• Knowledge of dental materials, occlusion, anatomy, and proper fit.

• Ability to read and interpret laboratory prescriptions and dentist instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Laboratory Responsibilities

Depending on the candidate's areas of expertise, responsibilities will include:

• Crown and bridge fabrication.

• Denture and partial fabrication, repairs, and adjustments.

• Implant-supported restorations.

• Digital design and fabrication workflows.

• Model work, waxing, finishing, and polishing.

• Fabrication and finishing of dental appliances.

• Case evaluation, quality control, and timely completion of laboratory work.

• Maintaining laboratory equipment, materials, and an organized work environment.

• Communicating with dentists regarding case specifications and necessary corrections.
