C&B Quality Inspector & Technical Support Representative

SK Dental Lab is looking for an experienced Crown & Bridge Quality Inspector & Technical Support Representative to join our growing team. What You'll Do

As our Quality Inspector and Technical Support Representative, you'll serve as the final quality checkpoint before restorations leave the lab while also providing technical guidance to dentists and our internal production teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality inspections on all Crown & Bridge restorations before shipment.
• Verify margins, contacts, occlusion, anatomy, shade, esthetics, and overall fit.
• Ensure all restorations meet SK Dental Lab quality standards.
• Review prescriptions and identify discrepancies before cases are delivered.
• Communicate directly with dentists regarding case planning, material selection, and technical questions.
• Provide troubleshooting support for remakes, adjustments, and clinical concerns.
• Work closely with CAD/CAM, milling, porcelain, and production departments to resolve quality issues.
• Document quality concerns and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with training team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Help maintain consistency across all fixed restorative products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Crown & Bridge laboratory experience.
• Strong understanding of fixed prosthodontics and restorative dentistry.
• Experience with zirconia, e.max, PFM, implant restorations, and full-arch restorations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret dental prescriptions and digital scans.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with digital workflows and CAD/CAM technology is preferred.
• CDT certification is a plus but not required.
