Position Summary

Smile Fusion Dental Labs is seeking highly skilled Full Arch/All on X Digital Designer to join our growing digital team. This role focuses on providing customized design services for our Implant Specialization clients.  This includes heavy collaboration on design, PMMA temps and finals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering accurate and timely designs that support high-quality patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing AI-assisted workflows and digital images/scans to develop prosthetic designs in accordance with lab standards.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in dental CAD design (3Shape, exocad, or comparable software), developing fixed and removable prosthetics.
• 2+ years of experience in dental CAD design (3Shape, exocad, or comparable software), developing full arches/all on x for the designer role
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and occlusion principles for one or more of the following prosthetics: fixed, removable, and implants/arches.
• Ability to evaluate IOS scans and margin clarity with precision.
• Familiarity with AI design platforms like 3Shape and exocad Ultimate.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and problem-solving scan/design issues.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with model-less workflows and digital production standard operating procedures.

Preferred:

• Previous design experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Associate’s degree, CDT, or formal dental technology training.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Location: Position will be remote.
• Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Flexibility required to meet production deadlines.
• Tools Provided: Access to company-licensed CAD software and AI tools.
