Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Ceramist to join our growing team. This role requires precision, artistry, and a commitment to high standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, esthetically focused, and comfortable working in a collaborative lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate high-quality ceramic restorations including crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant-supported restorations

• Perform ceramic layering, staining, and glazing to achieve lifelike esthetics

• Evaluate models, dies, and digital designs for accuracy

• Collaborate with designers, fellow technicians, and clinicians

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a dental ceramist

• Proficiency with ceramic systems (e.max, zirconia, feldspathic, etc.)

• Excellent shade-matching skills and esthetic decision-making

• Ability to interpret prescriptions, doctor preferences, and digital files

• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and craftsmanship

• CAD/CAM experience preferred but not required
