Role

We’re seeking a Dental Technician with experience in framework fitting, staining & glazing, and feldspathic layering. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of dental lab experience, but we’re open to highly motivated technicians with less experience as well as seasoned experts ready to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Work on crown & bridge frameworks in a team-based workflow
• Perform staining and glazing for natural esthetics
• Execute feldspathic porcelain layering with precision and artistry
• Communicate clearly with teammates and clinicians to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• 3–10 years of dental lab experience (crown & bridge focus preferred)
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a team setting
• Solid understanding of dental anatomy and function
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and collaboration
• Growth mindset: willing to learn or share knowledge, depending on experience
