Dental Lab Ceramist

The Accomplished Ceramist for ProSmiles Dental Studio will complete porcelain tasks for single and multi-unit posterior and anterior cases and multi-unit bridges. This will consist of working with lithium disilicate, zirconia and porcelain fused to metal products - substructures and/or full contour products to completion. The ceramist will be responsible for cutting and seating lithium disilicate and zirconia; layering as required, final contour, finishing and/or staining and glazing; layering porcelain, contouring, staining and glazing PFM cases to finish. The ceramist will be required to follow standard production processes and procedures outlined in our quality system as well as maintain production efficiency.
