Dental Implant Technician

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Implant Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both fixed and removable restorations, with a focus on dental implants. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about their profession and dedicated to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing for both fixed and removable implant restorations, ensuring precision and quality.  

- Identify and order necessary implant components and parts effectively.  

- Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on best practices and workflows.  

- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to dental professionals and team members.  

- Collaborate with the dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.  

- Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies, integrating digital and analog workflows into daily operations.

Qualifications:

- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) required.  

- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in dental implant technology focused on both fixed and removable restorations.  

- In-depth knowledge of implant components and their applications.  

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of All-on-4 restorations and their components. 

- Proven ability to train and guide others on implants.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong team-oriented mindset.  

- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development in dental technology.  

- Proficiency in digital and analog workflows related to dental implants.
