CAD-CAM Department Manager

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our open position! We are a third-generation, family-owned and operated dental laboratory looking for a fun and energetic person to join our team.

JOB TASKS:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians in a dental CAD-CAM environment
- Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Train and develop technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any production issues or concerns

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment (dental lab industry preferred, but not required)
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to production operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (English speaking)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
